Belgrade Waterfront is a US$ 3 billion new hub developed by the Abu Dhabi-based private real estate investment and development company Eagle Hills, together with the Government of the Republic of Serbia. The development includes 6,000 residential units with outstanding amenities and eight hotels.
The site for the development experiences very high levels of underground water, due to the close proximity of the Sava River. PENETRON ADMIX, PENEBAR SW-45 and PENETRON SW-55 were used to protect against this high-water table. The Penetron System extended the life of the concrete, saved money, and accelerated construction times.
